Anyone wishing to optimize their fleet in terms of safety and the environment can benefit from the De-Minimis guideline of the Federal Freight Transport Agency (BAG) for corresponding investment costs. Investments in TELEMATICS systems can also be funded with up to EUR 2,000 per commercial vehicle.
According to BWVL, the guidelines for De-Minimis funding programs, education and training, will remain unchanged in the coming year.
This means that up to 2,000 Euros per truck are promoted per commercial vehicle for certain measures to promote safety and the environment (up to 33,000 Euros). This also includes efficiency-enhancing measures such as telematics systems as well as software for displaying, evaluating, managing, archiving the data of the digital tachograph – both applications offered by TIS.
The start of the application period is expected to begin in mid-January 2017.
